How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped from Spain, and the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from order confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

How can I return a product?

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return. To initiate it, please send us an email to Iturrialdecafe@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We cover the shipping costs for returns, at no charge to you.

Once we receive the product in perfect condition, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Under what conditions can I return a product?

The product must be in its original, unused condition with intact packaging. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before initiating the return.
